These Terms and Conditions outline the policies for booking, purchasing, and receiving services from Body Sculpt by B. By booking an appointment or purchasing any service or package online, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments and Booking

• Online bookings are not automatically approved. All appointments remain pending until Body Sculpt by B confirms that the requested time is available.
• Clients will receive a follow up email once their appointment is approved.
• If the requested time is not available, Body Sculpt by B will contact you to offer alternative options.
• A valid credit card may be required to secure certain appointments.
• Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• All services are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
• Same day cancellations or failure to show up may result in the full service amount being charged.
• Repeated last minute cancellations may result in being required to prepay for future appointments.

3. No Show Policy

A no show will lead to the full service amount being charged to the card on file or the session being deducted from a purchased package. Clients with two or more no shows may be refused future bookings.

4. Package Purchases and Online Sales (Square)

• Packages or multi session bundles purchased online are non refundable.
• Packages cannot be transferred to another person unless approved by Body Sculpt by B.
• All packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Missed appointments will result in the session being deducted from the package.
• Packages cannot be paused, extended, or refunded due to personal scheduling conflicts.

5. Refund Policy

• All service sales and packages are final sale.
• No refunds will be issued for completed services, change of mind, or unused package sessions.
• Retail products may be returned or exchanged only if unopened and unused within 7 days, at the discretion of Body Sculpt by B.
• If a refund is approved under special circumstances, it will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Results and Expectations

• Results vary from client to client and cannot be guaranteed.
• Multiple sessions may be required for best results.
• Clients are responsible for following all pre and post treatment instructions to support their outcomes.

7. Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose all health conditions, allergies, and medications before treatment.
• Body Sculpt by B reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
• If a service cannot be performed due to undisclosed medical conditions, the scheduled session may be forfeited.

8. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are final sale.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded.
• Expiry and usage terms are listed on the card or digital confirmation.

9. Liability

By receiving services, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with body contouring and related treatments. Body Sculpt by B is not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or outcomes that arise from treatments, failure to follow aftercare, or undisclosed medical information.

10. Policy Changes

Body Sculpt by B may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with the revised date.
